Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet volume and gross margin objectives.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the field sales team, managing performance through coaching and development.
  • Participate in the development and execution of district strategic plans.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage district sales expenses within the established budget.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure execution meets expectations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Report on district performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the packaged consumer goods sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and revenue growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing annual sales plans.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Power BI, CRM 365, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS.
  • Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Acceptable criminal record check.
